So much fun! We missed the 'big' show inside the theatre but enjoyed sampling the vast menu of cocktails at the bar, along with a separate magic show right there from the bar. Staff get the patrons in on the show, it was a lot of fun. Embrace the dad jokes and enjoy! We did sample the apps, and while a bit expensive for what you get, they hit the spot. Tenderloin sliders were good, not great. The mushrooms were a nice addition to the caramelized onion but even still, the sandwich needed something to keep it away from the dry side. Roasted olives were nice sharables, but the highlight was the potato pancakes, with a caraway yogurt on the side. (an apple mustard was also good) . Very delicious but heavy. This place is worth a look if for no other reason than the speakeasy entrance disguised as a laundromat.

My boyfriend is a big fan of magic so this was definitely on the list of things to do. If you go early, there is a small bar in the front of the venue space that do pre show magic and have drinks available for purchase. When it is time, you are escorted to your seat (seats are pre purchased online). I sat in a middle row but as the venue is spacious but small, there are no bad seats. There is about 30-45 min of seating, time to order drinks, and magicians come around the tables doing small table magic. The show host was amazing and the acts are unique and entertaining! I would highly recommend going if not for the show but also the food! I will say the prices are a little more expensive but not unexpected for the area in chicago.

Go Go. I can't quite telling people about this place. Unforgettable experience, unforgettable character! Get there at least 45 min before your shoe time to have a cocktail in the bar. Also book the add-on after show. We didn't but really wish we had. The food is inspired by the owners adventures and looks delicious. The cocktails are lovely. The atmosphere is incredible with attention to details. The table side magic wowed us! We loved it all. Thank you!
